An account on Minnesota State Career Hub will post opportunities on the Inver Hills College Central Network account and Dakota County Technical College Central Network account. You do not need two log-ins, if you are wanting to share your opportunities with Inver/DCTC and other Minnesota State schools.

Handshake requires each employer to create their own account with each school unless the employer is using the CareerHub page. One account grants you access to all of our partner schools who use Handshake. Training Delivery Options
The role of Customized Training/ Employer Solutions is to provide education customized to your organization’s schedule and skill development needs. We understand that flexible scheduling and delivery are critical in today’s work environment. Allow us to provide options that work.

On Campus Training

Training can be customized to meet your needs with the amenities and convenience of utilizing our local campuses.
Online Training
Depending on the program, online training may be available. Work at your own pace and succeed on your schedule. Online training allows individuals to complete programs and continuing education credits remotely from anywhere in the world.
Workforce Training provides quality customized solutions delivered on campus, at your location, or online. We have been helping businesses and organizations throughout the metro area stay informed and educated about advances and best practices pertinent to the workplace.
